1. Who we are

StayHelp ("we", "us") is a software service operated by Touch Informatica. By using our website or dashboard at stayhelp.app, you ("you", the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. The service

StayHelp provides a multi-tenant SaaS product that lets hospitality operators train a Telegram bot to answer guest questions in multiple languages. The service includes a web dashboard to manage rooms, knowledge base entries, QR codes and subscriptions. We may add, modify or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account and eligibility

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your password and Telegram bot token confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

4. Free trial and paid plans

New accounts get a free trial of 60 days with full access to features. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Prices are displayed on the /pricing page and may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate in StayHelp (knowledge base entries, welcome messages, room descriptions, guest conversations). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you provide to your guests through the bot.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) send spam or unsolicited messages; (b) violate applicable laws, including consumer protection, accommodation regulations and privacy laws; (c) impersonate another person or business; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload our infrastructure; (e) use the bot to collect personal data from guests beyond what is necessary to answer their questions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, notably Telegram (messaging), Stripe (payments), DeepSeek (AI model), SMTP2GO (email) and a European cloud hosting provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you or your guests interact with them. We are not liable for outages or issues caused by these providers.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that answers generated by the AI will always be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account with reasonable notice if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination your data may be retained for a limited period (see the Privacy Policy) before deletion.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the account owner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
