The 20 questions every guest will ask (and how to prevent them)

It is not 200 - it is always the same 20. Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, restaurants, late check-out. The complete list with ready-to-use answers.

After working with hundreds of B&B, hotel and short-stay hosts, we've mapped the recurring guest questions. The surprise: they're not infinite. It's always the same 20, in different orders. Cover all of them with pre-made answers or an AI bot, and you cut 80% of your support load.

How to prevent them at scale

2. Room card with QR

An A5 card with room number and a QR opening the AI chat. Guest scans, bot already knows the room. Zero friction.

3. Multilingual AI bot like StayHelp

All 20 questions answered automatically, in the guest's language, 24/7. The bot learns from your knowledge base.

The "special" 5% of questions

Late check-out, tech issues, off-standard requests. The bot forwards the translated message; you reply once, the guest gets it in their language.

"I tried a 4-page PDF. 15% opened it. Now with the QR card in the room, 90% scans, and repetitive questions collapsed." — Stefano, vacation rental host in Cinque Terre

What to do today
