Four steps to a multilingual 24/7 concierge.

    Create your bot

    Sign up, open Telegram, create a bot with @BotFather and paste its token.

    Train by chat or from the dashboard

    Send messages like "Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00" on Telegram, or manage entries from the Knowledge Base page on the dashboard. The bot classifies and stores them.

    Print QR codes

    Download QR codes from the dashboard and place them in the rooms or common areas.

  4. 4

    Let it work

    Guests chat, the bot answers or escalates to you. You reply once, it translates for them.
